ウルトラマンブレーザー24話「第3波接近襲来」で、エミがアーくんから渡されたSDカードを使用してV99の目的について調べていた際に画面に映った機密ファイルの英文を、google翻訳にかけたもの。
当該シーンをスクショするなりなんなりしてgoogle翻訳にかければすぐ翻訳できるけど、タイピングの練習がてら英文を書き起こしたので、自分用で英文とその翻訳をあげとく。
あと、なんとなく楽しくなってきちゃってファイルのレイアウトに気持ち寄せてみた。

事件概要
1999年7月2日（金）、グローバル・ガーディアン・フォースの監視衛星XXP-728が地球付近に未確認飛行物体を発見した。 これを受けて、グローバル・ガーディアン・フォース米国本部は、日本支部を含む全世界のグローバル・ガーディアン・フォース支部に二次防衛準備要請を発令した。2時間以上後、飛行物体が徐々に地球に接近しているのが発見された。 時を同じくして、謎の音波が地球に発信された。
この音波は人類に多大な不快感を与え、日本支部中央指令室はこれを宇宙人の侵略とみなした。その後、防衛側は迎撃ミサイルを発射し、飛行物体に命中した。 飛行物体は大破し、日本海に墜落した。

Handing of This Document
Investigation Report Handing
1. This Investigation Report contains the most confidetial information managed by the Global Guardian Force Japan Branch (″GGFJ″), and all rights to such information shall be vested in the GGFJ in any case, Accordingly, the contents of the Investigation Report are strictly prohibited from being leaked to a third party such as taking the data shall not be external parties by any means.
2. The ownership of the Intestigation Report belongs to the GGFJ. Reproduction, lending, translation or any other infringement of copyright shall be prohibited.
3. In the unlikely event that the investigation report is leaked to a third party in violation of the provisions of apragraph (1) or (2), serious punishment shall be imposed if any dispute arises with the GGFJ or harms the Japan branch in any way. In addition, if the leaked person is a member of the global guardian force, he or she will be discharged immediately and severely punished.

CASE SUMMARY
On July 2 (Fri), 1999 the Global Guardian Force’s surveillance satellite XXP-728 detected an unidentified flying object near Earth. In response to this, the Global Guardian Force United States Headquarters issued a secondary defense preparation call to all the Global Guardian Force branches around the globe, including the Japan Branch.More than two hours later, the flying object was discovered to be gradually approaching Earth. At the same time time, mysterious sound waves were transmitted to Earth.
The sound waves caused great discomfort to humans,and the Japan Branch’s central command office regarded this as an alien invasion. The defense then fired an interseptor missile and hit a flying object. The flying object was devastated and crashed into Sea of Japan.
